Delete your MOSSWARD online identity and understand exactly what happens next.

Open the game
Go to the Arena while connected to the Internet. Make sure you are using the online identity you want to remove.

Choose Delete account
Open the account controls, select Delete account and confirm. This removes the identity and its linked online results from the active service. Restricted backups expire within 7 days; anonymised match outcomes for other players may remain for up to 30 days.

Keep or clear local progress
Online deletion does not erase your campaign save from the device. To remove local data, use the app’s reset controls where available or remove the app and its data.
If you cannot recover access, send an account request through support. Do not include your recovery code in a support message.

You can delete the online account here using its recovery code. This is permanent for that online identity. It does not erase a local campaign save on another device.
Account deletion permanently removes your online identity, leaderboard results and rating. It cannot be undone.
